The facts
- We will only lend up to 90% of the projected valuation of the property
- We lend on land up to 75% of its value, as long as you have all the necessary permissions in place
- You must use a surveyor from our panel of surveyors. There will be an initial valuation fee and valuation administration fee and a property re-inspection fee, currently £55, will be payable for each time they re-inspect the property on our behalf.

If you need to borrow more to add the finishing touches to your dream home, you could use our Cash Reserve feature.

- Additional borrowing is subject to available funds in your Cash Reserve or Prepayment Reserve
- Minimal additional borrowing amount is £1,000 and fees may apply
- Extra borrowing will increase your monthly repayments, the interest you pay and the total amount secured on your home.
